JunkPal provides junk removal and hauling services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential junk removal and cleanouts
• Commercial junk removal
• Furniture and appliance removal
• Yard waste disposal
• Single-item pickup

2.1 Appointments: All services must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.

2.2 Availability: Service times are subject to availability. We offer same-day service when possible.

2.3 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

2.4 Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.1 Estimates: All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined on-site.

3.2 Volume-Based Pricing: Our pricing is based on the volume of junk removed, measured by truck space used.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfer.

3.4 Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made.

3.5 Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials, extra-heavy items, or difficult access locations.

4.1 Access: You must provide clear and safe access to all items to be removed.

4.2 Item Identification: You must clearly identify all items to be removed before service begins.

4.3 Hazardous Materials: You must disclose any hazardous materials. We do not remove certain hazardous items including chemicals, asbestos, or biological waste.

4.4 Property Damage: You are responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property and must inform us before service begins.

4.5 Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate information about the volume and type of junk to be removed.

5.1 Insurance Coverage: JunkPal is fully insured for general liability.

5.2 Property Damage: We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the actual cost of service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.4 Item Ownership: By requesting removal, you confirm you own the items or have authority to dispose of them.

6.1 Recycling and Donation: We make every effort to recycle and donate items whenever possible.

6.2 Disposal: Items that cannot be recycled or donated are disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

6.3 No Guarantee: While we strive to minimize landfill waste, we cannot guarantee that all items will be recycled or donated.

We do not remove the following items:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, oil, gasoline)
• Asbestos or materials containing asbestos
• Medical waste or biological materials
• Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
• Items requiring special permits or disposal methods

9.1 Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours.

9.2 Resolution Process: We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.

9.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
