We must strictly refuse certain items unless we have specific Dangerous Goods transportation licenses. Your safety, our crew's safety, and legal compliance are non-negotiable.

Mystery liquids, unknown substances - potential explosion or toxic gas risk
Only accepted if completely empty and cut open for verification
